Brook Restoration is a well-established company that specializes in the restoration of buildings. Our head office is in Toronto but the business's capabilities allow it to operate at sites across Ontario.

Established by President Geoff Grist in 2000, Brook has developed and maintained a reputation for creative and innovative solutions in the world of structure restoration. We now employ between 100-150 highly skilled individuals consisting of foreman, mechanics, apprentices, and labourers.

Our growth has been based on offering our clients a service that is knowledgeable, cooperative, insightful and uncompromising.

Geoff Grist, President

As President, Geoff carries the overall responsibility for Brook Restoration and its client care. He ensures that work is performed in accordance with each project’s strategy and contract. He monitors all members of our team and provides experience and insight to the project team. He is dedicated to the highest level of safety, quality and employee satisfaction. Geoff is the driving force behind Brook and has been solely responsible for the vision and goal setting which has led us to become one of the leading restoration companies in Ontario.

Alex McMullen, General Manager

Alex has been with Brook since its inception in 2000. Not only is he in charge of all company operations – from scheduling, production, estimating and logistics – he also controls safety, project tracking and client relations. Alex’s extensive knowledge of restoration has been a key resource in Brook’s development over the years.

Gez Sheridan, Project Manager / Site Superintendent

Gez has been with Brook Restoration since 2003. He is a Senior Project Manager and is responsible for bringing projects in on time and budget, as well as addressing any client or public concerns. Gez is also responsible for monitoring and reviewing all work to ensure that the task and safety specifications of the project are being met.

Gavinder Bening, Project Executive

Gavin has been a part of Brook since 2004. He is responsible for reviewing all financials before they go out to tender. This includes producing all significant project estimates and working closely with the production team to ensure budgets are adhered to. In addition, he also interacts with clients, consultants and management to ensure successful project completion.

Pauline Grist, Office Manager

In addition to keeping on top of the daily procedural work, Pauline is involved with project billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Pauline’s primary objective is to ensure that our staff is given the necessary support to keep all facets of Brook running as efficiently and effectively as possible. This includes support to all field and office employees alike.

Christian Brannan, Project Co-ordinator

Christian has been with Brook Restoration since early 2009. His responsibilities involve both the estimating and project management departments of Brook. In addition to completing project estimates, Christian is responsible for project start-up and closeout documentation, as well as the organization of various subcontractors involved with various projects.
